NSW: Auditor has given power sell-off stunning endorsment: Iemma

New South Wales Premier MORRIS IEMMA says the state's auditor-general has delivered
a stunning endorsement of his power privatisation plan.

Mr IEMMA says the challenge is now for state Opposition Leader BARRY O'FARRELL to state
clearly whether or not he supports the plan.

But the premier's conceded he's yet to secure the total support of his caucus for the
controversial sell-off.

NSW Auditor-General PETER ACHTERSTRAAT has completed his review of the privatisation
plan .. saying he has no major issue with the proposal.
