FED:Bleich says no talks to stop Assange
The US and Australian governments have not discussed any plans to apprehend the Australian
founder of the controversial Wikileaks site.
Washington is worried by JULIAN ASSANGE's publication of more than a quarter of a million
classified US documents.
However .. the US Ambassador to Australia .. JEFF BLEICH .. has categorically denied
that the Obama administration is talking with Canberra about stopping him.
Mr ASSANGE is also wanted by Interpol in relation to allegations of sex crimes in Sweden
.. but Mr BLEICH says that's an issue for law enforcement authorities.
